Cool water and acidic rinse for wool. Short-contact wash for silk. Warm water for synthetics. We don’t treat all rugs the same because they aren’t.

Most stains lift fully. Some lighten. A few are permanent. We tell you which to expect in writing, before you commit to anything.

Our process
Four steps, taken slowly on purpose.
- Step 1
Inspect
We come to you, identify fibre and condition, photograph, and dye-test every colour on hand-made rugs.
- Step 2
Wash
At our facility: hand-dust, then immersion wash with shampoo and water tuned to your specific fibre.
- Step 3
Dry
Flat-drying in a climate-controlled room over 24–72 hours, monitored throughout.
- Step 4
Deliver
Rolled in protective wrap, returned at your chosen window. Most rugs are back within 7–14 days.
